Left for greener pastures a while ago but wanted to check how the software powerhouse was coming along. I’m sure tons of great software has been written by now but I can’t seem to find any mention of it anywhere. What gives?

Lol. They changed IP's on printers and seem to have broken over 1,200 devices. Freaking awesome job. I bet they will even get a raise because they are making the network "safer". LOL.
Being a former employee, I am not at all surprised - as all the GOOD (higher priced/better skilled) IT people were let go or found better jobs on their own. All that's left are the ones that were riding their bosses coat-tails to get by day-to-day - and now they are left to "figure it out". Best of luck to y'all
I take back the comment on printers they broke half the printers in the state changed the ip addresses before network was cut over and locked them out of management of printers.

They finally figured out a script to install printers that did not delete all my other printers installed. Software team making progress.
What about this big migration of many systems and then they all crashed and quit working?? What software powerhouse? We cant keep our own sh-t running 😂😂😂. 🚽🚽. It instills great confidence in our customers when you tell them hold on I'm trying to get your account pulled up while you hope it really will LMAO
