As a long-term Chevron employee, this is a not a good reflection on Noble's leadership team.

Great place to retire in place…most people already have. Good people, good leadership, very stable…only issue is if you actually want to do something in your career you may have to go somewhere else…
On balance, good. Much better senior leaders but very difficult to get anything done. Lots of layers and policies to navigate.
