Mostly likely due to the VA dumping Cerner (now another Oracle cluster f*k). VA was billions in revenue stream going bye bye, thumbing their collective noses at Larry. In case you were not aware, Oracle has fd over the VA so many times, the latter is avoiding Oracle like the plague it is.
