Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

How likely are you to be working here a year from now?

With the way things have been developing, I know many who were not considering it before are now considering leaving. I've heard so many people say they want out just in the last few days. I personally think things are being blown out of proportion, but I seem to be in the minority.

I was planning to leave next year anyway, but am leaving next month. It has become so hard to work here. Listening to PG fantasize without any firm actionable plans is just too hard to live with every day. This last, never-ending reorg is the worst I have been through. More people moved into positions they are not qualified for, making changes, to fulfil an OKR, that have no measurable benefit to the main objective, which seems to be getting a chip out the door of the factory and selling it. Could you imagine being in sales today? (I digress)

Just look at your Linkedin account and you will see how many people are jumping ship from Intel
