My RSU's that I got from Pat is priced at $47. Already I am losing $11 per share and by the time the earnings report is out It probably go down to low $20's
Question. What can I do with my RSU's? Is it possible to donate it to goodwill?

If you have the gumption, you should start an employee group (think a big group of 20,000 or more) and petition the executive staff or board to re-price the underwater RSUs. That is what employees at normal large technology companies do but the newer Intel employees have proven to be so exceptionally weak-minded and soft-willed that this suggestion is unlikely to gain favor with employees.
It's worse today, down to $37
Its like someone flushed the toilet and all the value is going down the tubes
You can just give them to me. :)
Sell what you have and donate the money to Goodwill.
