Has other clubs been noticing managers and upper management do not care about you or your family? We take pride in our job only to have the managers dog you all day, maybe their just all young punks and wanna push around people that invested years at this place. Power trip maybe?

Health and Wellness market and divisional managers all have delusions of grandeur. They love to show up and act like the world should stop spinning on its axis until their visit is completed. They falsely believe that the pharmacy clients are the company's clients and that their pharmacists haven't taken the time and developed a rapport with them. Most of them are low life bullies who climbed the ladder by stepping on whoever they needed to step on to get to the next rung. I guess eternity in he-l is a good trade for the stock options which have largely become worthless over the past couple of years.
I’ve been away from Sam’s for over a year now and saw it touring my time there. We did have some really good managers but they were let go or left the company and it was downhill from there. The one or two that may have remained were ‘beaten down’ so often while their lazy counterparts were rewarded that it hurt morale.
I’m glad to be gone but really feel for the ones I know that remain.
Yeah Wicon managers are a joke. Can't believe the company lets the Gm target long term associates and writes them up to fire them. The front end manager and fresh manager are on power trips.
