Just got told recently that the Industry Relations and Pharmacy Guarantee team for OptumRx will be having their jobs outsourced to Ireland in the coming months. Pretty sudden news. So everyone handling contacts, disputes, reporting for the pharmacies are having to look for new roles either internally or externally
