Nobody cares that the company is letting some of our most talented people walk away while not bothering to hire their replacements. I admit that it's hard to replace folks with that much experience and knowledge, but at this point getting anybody in to help with the growing workload would be amazing. I'd like to see my kids before they're already asleep occasionally. I don't think that's unreasonable.

With unemployment as low as it is, it's probably really hard to get qualified people, especially when many other tech companies pay more than we do.
