Thoughts other than TT spinning the responsibility toward the individual contributor instead of accountability for his organization infrastructure and a concern for employee satisfaction?

You are only as good as your leadership. If that is truly what the6 want have management identify individuals with the skills needed and fill the gaps. A major point I have seen is all of the talent on a specific product or technology doesn't exist anymore. Things break or customer wants some MACs and no one can figure it out
