They are not moving all to India. They are also using outside vendors in Mexico and Phillipines for other department moves out of the U.S.A and using full automation. CCC and agency services will be moved to the vendors along with FNOL while the rest of claims, tech, and policy administration will be in Pune. Some of loss experience and all of underwriting will be fully automated and AI maintained by overseas vendors.
They can't move all USA operations to India. This could take years. The office there opened in 2017 estimated.

No one uses the full name of the departments because they are too long. No one says the customer contact center or risk management business center. We say CCC or RMBC.
Ayy, if you are in the department you know the abbreviation. If you don't know thee abbreviation then you got nothing to worrying about. Ima not worrying until I see my abbreviation.
