Hey CSC there is no pension unless you were part of these plans CSC Outsourcing Hourly Pension Plan or CSC Outsourcing CUTW Hourly Pension Plan. Were you?
This sums up how senior managers survive in DXC - Pretend to be super busy when the boss walks by, and when he isn't, revert to type and don't give a sh*t.

You are 100% correct and the joke is all on us as employees.
The First M and his concubine violated the company and drove out all the talent and people who didn’t just say yes - the parasitic pair then leave pockets and hand bags filled like a scene from a WW2 movie looting the company as they leave treading over dead bodies and broken people they drove to the edge. The second M is a cross between the passive aggressive and bipolar version of the first M who wants to leave pockets filled also - doomed! I cannot leave as I am so close to my pension now have to sit it out - tick tick …..
GIS outsourcing done, then why are accounts purchasing servers, storage and physical networking. It's not dead and not everyone wants to lose control of where there IT is hosted and who has access to that gear and software.
Cloud has to hosted on physical equipment!
There is little experience left to grow the company and the new skills are lost in DXC, not sure it’s offerings are what customers want these days
Applications Modernization. Chuck it into D365
Applications. Modern Applications Development . Who wants to put for custom dev these days
Cloud Advisory and Migration Services. Maybe, but most customers have already started finished most of those
Consulting. Lol. What with?
Insurance BPaaS and BPO. Maybe
IT Outsourcing. That is long dead now.
Security. Absolutely, but wasted many yrs messing about
Get ready Infosys or Tata or wepro buying you guys and things will settle overnight after proper culling in the right places - till then we sing "people first and remote work first" - God bless America.
When Mike 2 came he made all the positive noises, saying he was going to grow the company and things would improve.
But after a short while it's been clear that in practice the company has shrunk significantly in size. His pretty much carried on Mike 1s strategy of cuts.
The only growth we've seen is in pay of the Execs and extra layers of management.
Shame when you can't grow a company in 3 years of IT booming there's not much hope at quite times.
Think the only way is to chop the lower and some senior management as they are still operating a mike 1 strategy of cuts and they will never be able to move on and grow the company.
It always has been - since Mikey-1 took over during his disasterious leadership of CSC - cut, cut merchant followed by DXC and no real improvement from Mr Shouty to improve things
