Does anyone know details surrounding bill 96 and the MTL office? What changes will we see (if any)?

People have many reasons to stay in Montreal You realize some people are born into anglophone homes and have anglo family (and friends for that matter) in the city, right? Not everyone comes to MTL from other cities or countries.
There is no change to MTL office, but if you don't speak French why stay in MTL just for a job? People are leaving QC, and let's see how MS can hire people locally or MS has to offer better rate to hire people from Toronto :)
