*Check Allstate India Facebook Group Member Number - sorry
Check Allstate India and see how many "members" it has
To the “short staffed in claims” poster …..there are 4 educated Indians in line for that 1 American workers job. We are not “short staffed”. This is the result of a “global economy”. Careful what you wish for. We have been sold off to the lowest bidder. Shameful non- American Chicago scumbags did this to Allstate. We are now in a caste system. We need to share our treasure with other countries for equity. Here we go.
Many other insurance companies, mainly life, disability, and workers compensation carriers have already moved their technology and customer service side to India. It is true. Do a little research and you will see that only a few “experts” basically management, are left in the USA at these companies to manage and oversee the overseas workers. It’s amazing to see the organizational charts, all the workers in India with a USA manager overseeing them all. Tom and Glen believe they are breaking new ground moving casualty overseas and believe the shareholders will lap it up like dogs in the streets of starving 3rd world country. We are toast folks. Another 2 years tops.
In most U.S based departments only 20 or so are being kept in each department as "experts" to assist the contractors that the departments are moving to. This is going to impact many thousands of us.
Most of claims moving to India. About 1/3 of all claims work is already there now.
@eya+1hnVCr4q Most if not all of the American claims workforce is being laid off..the entire operation is being moved to India…
All depts. Company is going 95% overseas….. You can thank the greedy Chicago sc-m CEO….
What department do you is it going to happen??
Not in claims. We’re so short-staffed .
