Find it interesting that worker bees take the time to put together solid recommendations only to have management completely po-p on the hard effort by completely changing everything that was proposed at the last minute, and they second guess everything even though they do not have the experience or skills to back it up. Maybe start using reverse psychology and recommend something really stupid then they might do the opposite??? Then why do they stay hovering over peoples shoulders with a microscope instead of trusting that things will get done? If you are going to run things this way why don’t you just fire all technical staff and hire low paid minions to fill seats and do your bidding?
