After 27 yrs and always a BTE rating, I left the company I never thought I’d leave. The way they treat employees is pathetic…..1) pension plan revoked 2) way they treat retiree insurance 3) dpa and all awards gone 4) health insurance prices 5) making us pay back 2 weeks pay 6) pathetic raises and 0%. Transformation growth was such a disaster and the way they treated us and Tom laughing when he took the assessment and telling us it was hard in town hall. My TG office had 9 csls. 1 is left In less than 2 years. People Resorting to cheating #s so they can possibly get a 2% raise. Pathetic. Other companies hiring with better benefits. Dont be scared. If I can you can!

Yes, you missed the revocation of the pension. You must be relatively new here, because they once had a real pension. Not sure you could really classify what they have now as a pension.
