Bonus $. Pay for play. Misguided roadmap. Data exploit. Consultant deceit $$. Fake experts and architects. Managers (Dire ties and VPs amd up) are a United narrative and marketing tool. ERP/HR/Compliance and most projects & platforms and process are a joke. All at customer and employer expense.
Friends, alumni and family reap. $$. Jobs and promotions and influence. (Role based stalking is encouraged)
No real skills or life experience.
