Management only cares about their income.
Did they invest any effort in retaining good employees? If they did, I didn't notice it.
Do they care about the future of this company? Unfortunately, I don't think they care about that at all.

Bonus $. Pay for play. Misguided roadmap. Data exploit. Consultant deceit $$. Fake experts and architects. Managers (Dire ties and VPs amd up) are a United narrative and marketing tool. ERP/HR/Compliance and most projects & platforms and process are a joke. All at customer and employer expense.
Friends, alumni and family reap. $$. Jobs and promotions and influence. (Role based stalking is encouraged)
No real skills or life experience.
The tradition continues. Only offshore runs the sh-t show too - Data strategy at its worst.
Deloitte and third parties platforms. Consumers beware.
