Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

With my team, it's like a revolving door. Good people are jumping ship and I can't blame them. In addition to layoffs, there's a silent exodus happening that nobody is acknowledging. I shouldn't be surprised, they want as many people gone as possible, one way or another. No wonder they're not trying to stop the bleed.
