I'd appreciate it if somebody was willing to share detailed severance info. I've heard some changes were made due to the pandemic so it'd be nice to know if that was reverted (since we are beyond the pandemic-related cuts) or if severance is still not what it used to be. Any info would be highly appreciated.

Does anyone know if they count bridged time or not?
Went to Ericsson and than came back. Hopefully they don't sc--w us if it comes to a layoff.
