Xerox is in much more trouble than any of our competitors, that's a fact. What is it that they're doing right that we're doing wrong? Is there anything we could take from their playbook that could be used to help us? There's gotta be something they're doing differently, so why can't we copy it?

It’s good to centralize our business,
then when the competition de-centralizes we can too until it’s best to centralize again … Oh well , let’s just follow what HP does ..That well work until something better comes along.
Quite a strategy and the reason we pay big bucks to our Senior Management.
KonicaMinolta is in a significantly worse financial situation than Xerox.
Lesson learned from Revlon: lipstick on a pig = FAIL.
“I’ve done my own research.” - the only value in xerox stock is the dividend & that ain’t coming from revenue.
HP has only done well in their computer/laptop segment. And that was mainly because of covid. That ride is now over. Their print segment has suffered just like most.
hp and fuji have done quite well by the numbers. can't beat em, join em. no chance of merger for hp maybe fuji?
Xerox hasn’t invested in new devices for years , the competition has far better products .
I didn't even know Xerox was in business anymore.
No doubt xerox is in huge trouble and essentially just a big dealer but benchmarking against other players in this industry is n’t a recipe for success. Best example is ricoh. Check out the “profit” tab on the link below. “Ten Years of Growth?” Looks like an inverted middle_finger with 2018 loss due to INDIA FRAUD? Great lesson. Operations in ricoh is horrible now.
