Let's face it, whatever work gets offshored it ends up dropping in quality significantly. This is not me trying to say that we are inherently smarter, just that there is a language and background barrier that prevents people from outside of the U.S. from doing this work optimally. Customers know this and are not happy about it. We'll keep losing them while the management continues to save a few bucks by going for a cheaper instead of a better workforce. This will be the last nail in our coffin.

Animal farms message was that socialism doesn't work if there are elites to make decisions (because those elites would profit from the workers and move into the big house). It never said that everyone would be poor.
In fact, most posts here are asking the elites (top management) to give up their jobs / incomes to the lower class workers.
