Gladsdoor begging again

HR begging for positive reviews on Gladsdoor again.

Lemme see.... 2% raise with 9+% inflation. You sure you want these reviews?

You sure you want everyone to know that you must participate in a blood draw for insurance, or it's $500 in surcharges?

Agreed - the expansion of management, that continuously sucks away any chance of 'individual contributors' getting a raise, is spot on fact.
It is difficult to give a cr-p about doing your job when everything is stacked against you and the chance of ever getting a raise have disappeared. Well done Bod and MM if this was the plan all along - you MUST know morale is in the dumps and productivity is falling.

There was a time we didn't have directors or even state presidents and the work still got done. Then ceo JG got rid of all the extra dead weight then TT started bringing them all back. We have way too many levels of management now and the ones lower cant get a raise because of all these wasted paychecks. I am so sick of the endless emails micromanaging my department and im not in management.

I looked at some of those reviews and they must be reaching outside of Windstream for people to write positive reviews. One poster claimed to work out of my location for a non existent group.
Why do HR departments think everyone cares more about ERGs and nobody cares about wages (except management wages). They are as out of touch as Biden

What I’d like to know is given that the field people have GPS in the trucks and use a job system to track work, which is managed by a planner, what the frock is windstain paying local managers for?? Or really, same question for area directors?? You can find most local field managers at home all day every day. They could save a ton money annually by dumping those salaries.

Well we all know the a-s kissers and do whatever the boss asks people are going to say its great because they get treated better than the rest of us do. It is truly sad a company has to beg employees to write a good review while ignoring the fact that morale is low and most employees dislike their job

These reviews don't reflect the vibe I get working here everyday. We all know HR has to throw out the e-mail once a year to try and make WIN look like a great place to work. We all know it's just a propped up facade. With Inflation and a poor business environment the house of cards is falling apart.

How many of these reviews are REAL vs contrived by HR?

Time study was done a few weeks ago. I wonder what the outcome will be?
