Mutiny to Overthrow The Bully Boss

We are plotting to ALL go to HR to get our bullying, discriminating Boss laid off again! He was laid off before from UHC and somehow he was hired at Optum and NOW promoted to Director... WT4! He harbors a known coworker who yells in meetings unprofessionally, bullies co-workers during the meeting. In the 1:1 he will take specific comments you make and drill into ANY negative aspect! He is definitely NOT a leader! What a waste. This is not a healthy work environment. Total sh1t sh0w

From personal experience, I reported that a higher ranking person in my department was breaking the law and trying to force me to do the same. I brought the info to my leader who also was initially appalled (and was also new to UHC). They had the two of us meet with another senior leader who literally teared me to shreds in front of my leader - who sat there on the phone and said nothing. I had multiple meetings with HR. I misplaced my compliance report number and they refused to provide it to me. I’m telling you, find employment elsewhere and document everything. I would not go to HR unless you have an attorney ready to represent you when they retaliate and try to fire you. If they really like this guy, they will say you and others in the department are the issue.

It's going to take a lawsuit.. even something brought on by the DOJ will start the company to actually give the managers personality tests before they are hired. You can also file discrimination charges through the EEOC. You can base on if he hires people from one city specifically. If you have knowledge FILE IT! Make sure you put names and dates. They have to prove it doesn't happen. Karma is a beautiful thing!!!

Gaslighting is my bosses known tactic. The other teams avoid working with our team because our boss refuses to take blame if something fails and his "BFF"other male co-worker raises his voice unprofessionally on team calls. What a complete c!rcle jerk!! Please fire them both!!

Wont happen, HR is staffed by contractors who take compliant to higher up UHG lackey who protects the organization only. This leader is part of the org unfortunately

It WILL work if you present a united front. You don't necessarily have to have everybody, though that does help. You definitely want a high percentage of the team, all telling the same truth. They can't ignore it.
