Stokes sent out the hitting freeze email.
Nobody wants to bully anyone into responding, but the information "hiring freeze" is pretty general or even worthless considered how big and into how many businesses Emerson is split.
Not that they are all over the world, there are so many branches, so if one country/branch is concerned, a neighboured is not necessarily in the same shoes.
