I've gotten to the point where I print out ALL the emails from my boss, continued to document everything said which is more therapy because he and his "head side kick" should be laid off from UHG.... again. His "head side kick" is extremely rude and yells on our calls but he will not write up nor let him go. Everyone is scared to write him up in HR because they don't do anything.... This place has a toxic culture.

HR is only there to protect the company y collecting the evidence that you plan on using in a lawsuit! How many places can we post that this company is toxic. They don't have a healthy culture....
This place is definitely toxic. We have a coworker who the boss will not write up or fires him but yet other teams will not work/talk with him unless they have another person on the call. It's very rude and disrespectful. He should have been fired a while back which is the plan of one of our other coworkers.... Toxic and not healthy
It's a boomer thing. They hire folks that are enslaved to company. their life is their job. Their job is their life. sad, mental illness

Agree with what's said above.. do not go to HR. They are in place to protect the corporation, not advocate for or protect employees. I trusted my manager, BIG mistake. I trusted HR, BIGGER mistake. I once told my manager I was struggling to assume positive intent with someone's action - though a 5 in MAP, I was told to resign or face termination - that comment to him had been documented. Trust no one.

What a worthless boss. The new employee he hired made a comment that she made a mistake coming to work on our team. She is already putting in to work somewhere else. We all have started to focus on training so that we can all leave at once except for his favorite male co-worker. It's obvious when he talks that he doesn't like women...... What a piece of cr@p
Document everything, however, do not, repeat: do NOT go to HR. They are NOT your friend. They ONLY represent that vile US corporation period. In employment at will doctrine US empire, only look out for yourself. The rest are NOT your friends no matter how fake friendly they appear to be. That massive mistake was a cesspool of waste, fraud, and abuse.
