I definitely don't want to stay long and I'm already looking for a new job. Those with more experience - which company has the corporate culture most similar to VMW?

ServiceNow. They've basically just 'lifted and shifted' all of the VMware EPIC benefits - in large part because of the large number of VMware folks who have moved there!

Also what kind of corporate culture can even really exist anymore with everybody working from home?
