A True Good Transformative Growth Plan

If you can Glenn and Tom you instantly save the company $30+ Million annually, you get rid of the biggest waste of money per dollar as these two provide no worth to the company, you get rid of the horrible direction and processes that are destroying this company, you instantly improve morale and attitude as getting rid of their plans and vision reduces the fear of layoffs and improves the direction of the company instantly, you improve the vision and reputation of Allstate publicly, more sensible functions and products are put into place, and the culture immediately improves. More money rolls in and the employees, shareholders, and customers all win. We just need the shareholder and board to man up and do what needs to be done. What we all know needs to be done.

Glen is definitely more of the cold hearted one who ruined the work environment snd culture at State Farm. Tom helped run Sears and Kmart into the ground. Great choices!

Wow- what a brilliant idea from a low level employee. Maybe a better idea is stop complaining and get to work and you may be promoted up the ladder and then you can make big boy decisions for Allstate. But first you will need to run your brilliant idea past the Board of Directors for their approval. Go back under your rock.
