Why bother? Mike S is doing a great job of Rogering DXC and its staff without anyone else. And he probably doesn't want to share - after all the financial rewards for him are just too big to ignore. Amazing what you can get by laying off lots of employees.
Help yourselves , leave and be happy else. Just be selfish and change your life.
Quite an insightful and thought provoking, strategic idea. But it’s been tried many times over by it’s own management.
