Unfair pay structure and raises
Unattainable metric goals we're required to meet
Completely disorganized processes and procedures
Lack of transparency and proper communication from the top down
Indifferent managers who want you to act as a robot
And so many other things. How are we supposed to work in these conditions?

You should look into leaving. There’s a chance youd be laid off anyways and it wouldn’t shock me if the severance was eliminated. I left and I’m being bombarded with calls from former employees looking to jump ship.
State Farm is hiring as well!
Then leave! Other companies are hiring. So far I've heard former coworkers satisfied with working for Farmers, Progressive, and Liberty.
Why leave ? Big blue wins then. OP just wants their severance with a layoff.
Then leave. This is one of best job markets in decades. I left and it was the best thing I ever did.
