Why mention Fuji now? That relationship has been dead for years.

Don’t understand why Xerox management thinks Fuji is the answer to their problems ..Having been in the Distribution and Supply side of products they supplied ,their quality
was suspect and required rework or upgrades to the latest specs in order to
market. This was all done at great expense to Xerox .No negotiation to their block build mentality..It was take it or leave it ..Getting spare parts was an all together different act of frustration .
All at tremendous cost to Xerox. Fuji was no helpful friend or partner.

You reap what you sow, not just since 2018 but back toward 2000. Imho that ACS deal hurt mainline X in a big way.

Working with Fuji was like trying to pull out your own teeth. They undercut every business proposal put forth and
we’re an internal competitor to Xerox .
