I decided to leave. Enough is enough. I am tired of the unfair treatment of the best employees here every day. I've been waiting too long for some things to change for the better, but it looks like that won't happen. This has become clear to everyone.

It took me a loooong time to get to the “ I don’t give a sh$t anymore mind set” I take pride in my work but, I just can’t fight the stupidity anymore. It’s exhausting. They are always trying to fix things that aren’t broken instead of fixing the real problems. I watch all the new people and think, how long will it take them to get it. I do my 8 and leave.
It started changing from decent to indecent and terrible management, assistants and team leads approx 15 years ago! Just keeps on!

Just wait until the new build back broke Biden policy for corporations that make more than a billion get implemented. Deep cuts coming for payroll. This country is forked.
