First if you think they cannot track you from your post.. you are sadly mistaken. I have been with the "Walton Family" for many years. About Three years back they upped the team lead pay and offered the new team leads the same amount as I was already making. They got a FIVE dollar pay raise and I got cents! Cents! My years meant nothing. My weekends of missing baseball and soccer games away from my children meant nothing . Our managers get $100,000 dollars bonuses and I get literally nothing. Can you imagine what you and I could do with a $100,000 bonus. We sweat while they vacation, and we're concerned for a company that could give a rat's a-s less about us!

im a 24 yrs associate and reacently I stepped down and I tell u I am in a same boat u were just in. So much to say and I am sure we all know and heard all of the bs they have done to all the long terms and to all that really cared.
I'm sad to hear you were not financially compensated for the past 20 years of your life. You should contact the BBB as it is illegal to work with out pay, at minimum you should have received $7.25, and that's not just a one time payment, you should have at least been receiving that much per hour, for every hour your worked since 2009.
That's why you gotta go into MIT
I will say I just got bumped up to Forklift Merch. I got a sizable raise.. I was shocked...
So why do people stay at such a company? Most others are not like them and most others pay vacation, sick leave and have 401k's and RESPECT their employees/coworkers.
Have been a lift driver for 20 years. All the new lift drivers get a raise for driving a lift but not me. At least I have more vacation time 🤣
