We know we won't be among the rare ones to come out of this messy economy without major cuts. The question is, when will they start? I'm almost hoping that it happens sooner rather than later while there are still a decent amount of available jobs elsewhere. When the recession hits, that'll change for sure.

It’s comical when people get so personally offended by negative opinions about a company they don’t own or have any value in. Maybe Mattel will give you a good bye certificate for all your love and dedication?Dim wh-t.
Sad thing is the people who had talent already left. The people still here and whine on this website are the ones no other company wants to hire. If you are worried about your job or unhappy at Mattel. You shouldn't be making sarcastic post on this website you should be on Linkedin, Indeed or any other job site looking for that new job. You are not a victim. If you are unhappy here it is cause you are choosing that. As you correctly stated the job market is incredibly hot right now. No reason you can't change your situation if you wanted to.
Gotta love it when Trolls think their sarcasm is so chic behind an anonymous post. 😂 Don’t see you dim wits running for the door. Oh wait, because you live right above poverty also and need a job but fake it to pay for your LV purse from Tijuana or that leased Mercedes. Go find something to have a meeting about. Will make you feel important.
No layoffs, Barbie movie, Monster High series, nuff said.
You don't need to be laid off before finding a new job you know.
Poof, you wish is granted sooner rather than later. Don't let the door hit you in the ar$e on your way out. Happy hunting.
