Has anyone been concerned that stores are down in sales exponentially, some stores down as much as 50%. However, upper management has been instructed to gloss over this issue. They still want the focus on email, credit, customer satisfaction, and fly by time. Is Belk now in the data collection business? It seems that’s all they care about now, email! Email! And app downloads.
