There are zero incentives left to want to stay here. The only reason I'm not quitting is severance.

Severance isn't the only reason. Other reasons include you liking getting paid every 2 weeks, you not being marketable elsewhere, you not looking for another job, etc.
Stop validating your reason
The more things look in a lot of areas the company is going to use job transfers to vendors to avoid severance. Then the vendors will lay you off with no severance. It is going to be a lot of dirty pool this time around.
And I might give up on that as well soon enough.
