Just heard from a good friend (ex Allstater) who now manages an independent firm that Allstate is shopping vendors for property handling.
Adjusters take notice if you have been in doubt! This is 100% confirmed!

Allstate uses plenty of independent adjusters, and have increased use due to turnover. Used to be a case that customer service was lower, but with all the turnover it’s an even field…and Independents don’t complain.
