Quest has been a sinking ship for several years.
By far, Amy Grant, is the most horrible ego-centric leader I’ve ever come across in all my years. Run as fast as you can, she’s obnoxious, vindictive, and isn’t a fan of the UHC quality programs. If you thought Lori was bad, just wait.
All Quest teams are being decentralized into the segments within Optum and United. They said no downsizing.
