Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Anyone know when we return to office

My leader wont tell me anything.

I also heard from an A band claims employee that they are letting all senior management and above go in the next 5 years

Don't unpack your home office anytime soon! Allstate is now a discount carrier without the discounted premiums. All the last value of the brand is being sucked dry by Wilson and his minions. I'm surprised the 4Sale signs are not up on your offices as we speak. Another $1 billion has to be chopped off the bottom line to get the expense ratio to keep Allstate in line with Geico and Progressive. Agents are being put out of business by decreases in revenue. Allstate direct is writing very unprofitable business at a 7% discount to agent business.

Lol, not sure which center you work at but my center before covid was hudson, ohio and it has been open probably for like 4 months but it's optional for my team and literally only one person on my team goes in the office because they want to. The rest of us work from home. She said it's like a ghost town in the office because everyone works from home
