Glad to see he's maxing out his employer's 401k match 😂
The WEF literally just came out and said you should not be allowed to own a car. https://nationalfile.com/wef-calls-for-end-to-private-car-ownership/. Not only does Seagate fully support the WEF, the send an executive there to come up with the agenda. Initials JM
Seagate is a member of the WEF. You will own nothing and be happy crowd and the the top will own everything and tell you what to do. They think YOU are paid too much, NOT them.
Yup. Rest of the C-Level is up there too.
Mr. Mosley may work hard, but he does not work 1,193x as hard as the median employee.
Splitting his salary among all staff is just silly. Use it to increase the salary of the lowest paid, for whom a grand a year is a lot.
I don't see this as a big deal. How much of his $11.6 million should be spread to the rest of the company of 40,000? If we took it all we each get $290. I think I can survive without my portion.
Another point to think about (not that anyone needs reminding): Given the inflation in the US, if your salary hasn't increased by 15% since Aug 2020, you've taken a pay cut.
