I don't understand why anybody who works here would. All I care about is that we're doing well enough that I know I'll get paid in time. That's it. Maximizing profits and shareholder value is not my job and it doesn't affect me too much (bonuses and raises never properly followed profits), so why be emotionally invested in it?
