At this rate, they will overtake DXC in next few quarters. And they are hiring aggressively! We at DXC on the other hand???

DXC should rename itself PARENTHA-SYS. Every entry on its financial report is in PARENTHA-SYS......bwahahahaha.... At ~400 million loss per quarter, they have ~9 more quarters before they go POOF. If not before.... Rat-face will have stolen 100 million for himself by then.

The problem is that there's too much management layers and too many managers.

So they are just duplicating tasks and overhead.

It's got to a point where you do more overhead than work so that the manager can present slides to justify their position.

Mike S was about streamlining all these management layers but his not managed to make the company very agile, in fact there sometimes seems to be more process/management than under lawrie.

Maybe he doesn't know what goes on at the lower levels a dbjust blindly trust all the talk he gets from the management chain.

Sad days for a sinking company.

DXC lost a biggie, have you seen this one?
It doesn’t bode well for DXC nor HPE.

Strange, isn't it? Every other IT organization on Earth is growing to some extent, whether by M&A or organic growth. Every other IT organization is recruiting new staff, and employing more people. Yes DXC continues it's path of shrinking and laying off yet more staff. Yet the "Leadership" at DXC seems to earn more $$$ than the leadership of most other IT organisations.

I think DXC will continue shrinking, continue laying off staff, until it fails completely and there is no more DXC. It's a great shame because CSC was once a very good company to work for, albeit a long time ago now.

When are they buying dxc?

No need to given their growth, they just pick DXC clients up themselves, just like Datacom have just done in ANZ
