The problem is that there's too much management layers and too many managers.
So they are just duplicating tasks and overhead.
It's got to a point where you do more overhead than work so that the manager can present slides to justify their position.
Mike S was about streamlining all these management layers but his not managed to make the company very agile, in fact there sometimes seems to be more process/management than under lawrie.
Maybe he doesn't know what goes on at the lower levels a dbjust blindly trust all the talk he gets from the management chain.
Sad days for a sinking company.
