Tom has been the problem all along. Long history of poor performance and is trying to change what was a great culture by bringing in external senior leaders.
Guess Humane Society is real loser huh in Chicago.
Anyone that choses that as their Goto charity/tax write off over say Wounded Warriors or St Jude or Make A Wish is not someone I respect, in fact their values are flawed they would carry over in form of terrible leadership.

I hope the stock continues to drop. Might be the only way Tom & Glenn will get fired……
Tom and Glenn have “done the work” to get the millions they have. From that perspective they deserve to be wealthy.
TW and GS will use the money they saved to do more Stock Buybacks to manipulate the price of Allstate's stock to get bigger bonuses.
You do realize that many of us will pay the price in terms of pink slips in the coming months, yes? I mean it was going to happen anyways but this just sharpens Glenn's ax even more.
