I came across an interesting discussion on social networks about the fact that AMD now has more open job positions than both Intel and Nvidia. The question is whether Intel is risking that top talents will go to AMD. I really doubt it, but I'm interested in what you think?

Amd is about to have major problems keeping the important contributors. Many are applying elsewhere.
Don’t worry the spigot will turn back on soon.
AMD is making a mistake though that they are blindly hiring id10ts from Intel blindly!
They hired UK as Corp VP. A complete loser! And managers at Intel are given director positions and many m0r0ns PMTS.
Anyway, if you can get into AMD, this is a golden opportunity!
I guess AMD HR is back to this page lol
Lots of open positions at AMD may be because Intel hired lots of AMD people, including Raja. The question: if AMD is better than Intel, why would they leave AMD? If they were doing well at AMD, why would they leave AMD?
Hmm well I left Intel for AMD and NEVER HAPPIER. Let’s see I actually contributed to the bottom line, valued for my efforts, and a great CEO who values their people’s talent and that trickles down the management chain, believe me. Products that are cutting edge, and oh….stock that is actually doing something versus years of languishing or decreasing in value. Oh yes, if you are tired of being treated badly come on over.
Top Intel talent left for AMD, Nvidia, Apple and others a long time ago.
