Left 3 yrs ago and h couldn’t be happier. It will take about a year to put all the misery and hard feeling behind you, but it’s worth it.

You are worth it, and owe yourself for putting up with NOV for as long as you did.

The layoff in 2019, just before the Covid hit us, seemed like it was bad, and I was out of work for a long time but landed a great job with 25% higher salary and much better benefits and bonuses.
I can’t imagine what would have happened now if I had managed to stay.
Please look forward, you can do it if you want to.

I'm leaving this toxic wasteland. Never felt better. Will take some time to get the knives out of my back. Hope all the jerks get the walk of shame one day!!! What a waste of payroll, some of these people are!!
Why would i leave a gravy train job that i get to sit and work at my pace, i get paid for walking around the shop and going into different departments to bull***t. Instead of the normal 30 minute lunch break that we get, i tend to take 45min. to an hour. If the boss is looking for me, i just say i was in the restroom. Been doing this for +15 yrs and i seriously don't think anyone gives a cr-p.
Personally, I stay because of the free social media & internet surfing time. Have a couple f-off meetings, pretend I am working and back to work. Ironically that’s what the big head loser DUDD of HR does at the tower. Besides his lunch escapades with his Canadian bff.
My scooter and gossip skills are not appreciated by other organizations so I am stuck here.
