Understanding competitors

Some say that working for the main competitors is not much better and that it is best to leave this industry altogether, and some say that competitors generally offer much better conditions than Allstate. Who to trust?

I’ve said it before. LDU type positions are pretty similar everywhere. It’s where you cut your teeth. Once you get to repped injury, it’s a much better world, even at Allstate.

Went to a competitor. They aren’t into metrics and about talking metrics all the time. The workload is about half. Leadership puts a career plan together with you and doesn’t just tell you you’re on your own with regard to career advancement/development. Higher pay as well.

I left Allstate after 16 years and recently started working for a growing start-up. Best decision I ever made. Allstate is not the place to be.
