So, if Amazon buys One Medical, would this mean layoffs? Do they come in, replace internal IT staff and set up a new operation? How does this work after a merger is done?

My 2 cents and I do not have any insider info: This is a done deal now and they will not lay off anyone. It'll take time to integrate and changes will be gradual. One Medical folks will be retrained and moved into new positions.
