In your club how many skids per hour are the merchandisers required to stock.. expectations vs reality... I have a number in my head of what can truly be done that if you say more than I will know you are either lying or a manager who is a cruel task master...how long does it take you to stack 4 layers of green beans from one pallet to another? Or two layers of #10 cans from the floor to the top of another pallet? This includes cutting plastic , wrapping the resulting partial and setting it aside to be racked and also shoving the newly stocked skid into the run.

I do about 50-70 empty pallets a day in hardlines.
I can usually do 12 of those skids per hour. But more like 5 or six layers per skid. Also I re pallet profile the whole run after each skid I do. I also reprint every sign for each item just to make sure it is up to date. Each skid I pull out I get a broom and sweep under the steel and often mop.
