Toronto doesn't do anything productive so it would make sense to cut them.
Remaining CS roles are getting booted off to the Mexico City office (where they can pay Mexico City wages....)

They sure are trying hard to offshore CS and Sales too. Not to mention the absolute failure of the DIY initiative. Anybody who’s been doing this for a short period of time knows certain parts of the business don’t sell themselves. Mo--ns
