Management will blame it all on supervisors

#Exxodus continues to be a problem so management will continue to scapegoat supervisors as the cause.

I am a supervisor. How do I find out who my sponsor is since you say all supervisors have them. Why have I not always ranked well if I have a sponsor?

Supervisors are the most hateful individuals, they get to that position because they are uncaring, dishonest, narcissistic and technically incompetent, just smooth talkers with sponsors. To all supervisor reading this forum, do something good for the company and the world, FIRE yourself

There seems to be a lack of accountability in our direction. People can see this and are leaving the company. That is not a supervisor problem but a lack of leadership in our upper management. It starts at the top.

There's one in Baytown that promises the moon and stars to group leads and leaves the supervisors hanging when their empty promises don't come true. Not all supervisors are evil; sometimes IT IS the people up above.

That's the biggest problem, management does not lead by example. They feel they are above having to do what leadership behaviors expect and hold the supervisors accountable to do. They make the supervisors do there dirty work and then smile and lie to the ones that they are responsible for final assessment.

It's like that everywhere. Supervisors are acting as managers while managers go to the beach or hang out with the family. Then throw out buzz words in meetings to act like they know what is going on.
