Reading this site, the situation seems dire, especially in claims. Is it really? And please explain what is the new Workflow management micromanagement tool? I have not used it….

WFT is a pain in the a-s and is counter productive. I get that they want to even out the work and everyone do their share, but t this is just micromanaging.
Are you in LDU, hourly or repped BI or property?
I’m in claims and it’s not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Manageable pending. I’m able to return calls when I’m supposed to. My desk is looked after when I’m on vacation. It’s all good.
Just kidding. It absolutely sucks. Think Dante’s inferno only worse. I’m sure being a claims adjuster has already taken years off my life with the never ending stress.
