The software used to process the Gateway service items was too expensive to maintain.
So basiccally what is happening is in order to efficiently service a local office there have been automated notice of every renewal, every returned payment, every loss of discount. They are taking it away. Now each indepemdent office will create a work flow for service by using two other programs. There is no way taking this feature out of gateway is a benefit i think is what you are trying to say.
